The Layout

Villa Yin is a spacious two level villa designed around calm, privacy and natural light. The interiors use stone, wood and soft textures to create a warm atmosphere, while the open plan living room and fully equipped kitchen form the main gathering space for cooking, dining and time together. Five bedrooms are arranged to support both privacy and comfort, making the villa well suited to families or groups who want a peaceful stay in southern Corfu.

The Area

Villa Yin is located in Alykes Lefkimmis, in the Molos area of southern Corfu, a peaceful coastal setting known for its former salt pans, wetland landscape and natural character. The Lefkimmi salt marsh lies close to the village of Lefkimmi and is part of a Natura 2000 protected area, valued for its birdlife and unspoiled environment.

The villa is 4 km from Lefkimmi, a traditional town in southern Corfu with local shops, riverside cafés and everyday island life. Gardenos Beach is 7 km away and Marathias Beach is 9 km away, giving guests easy choice between quiet villa days, relaxed coastal exploring and beach time along the southern side of Corfu island.
