The Layout

Spanning 200 square metres, Villa Talos is arranged mainly across a single main level to allow smooth movement and everyday ease. The open-plan living room, dining area, and fully equipped kitchen face the sea and infinity pool, creating a natural flow between indoor and outdoor living. Large openings lead directly onto the terraces, linking shaded seating areas, outdoor dining, and the pool throughout the day. Three bedrooms offer calm spaces for rest, with two sharing a bathroom and the master bedroom enjoying its own en suite and uninterrupted sea views. Just steps from the pool, the hammam offers a serene and private retreat, complete with its own shower and toilet to ensure maximum comfort. Due to the open layout, extra care is required and children must be supervised around the pool area.

We were here for the third time! Villa Talos is a unique property in an absolutely dreamlike location with its own private bay. Very well equipped and furnished with great taste. The house and pool are cleaned several times during the stay. Perfect for anyone looking for peace and relaxation. In addition to the bay, a pebble beach is also within walking distance. Triopetra and Pelagos are about 15–20 minutes away by car. The surrounding tavernas can be reached by car in about 15–20 minutes. You should definitely buy groceries on arrival, as there is only a very small shop nearby.

The three of us spent 7 days in this house—an absolute dream with sea views that invite you to enjoy them every single day. The handover was smooth and uncomplicated, and we were able to move into the house earlier than planned. The nearby pebble beach with crystal-clear water was also a highlight and perfect at any time for a refreshing swim. If you are looking for peace and want to enjoy a dream vacation, this is the right place.

The seven of us spent 10 wonderful days in this house and loved it: stunning sea views, a sense of complete seclusion, total peace and quiet, and a beautifully designed interior. Two swimming spots are within walking distance, and there is plenty of space inside and on the terraces, including a sauna, steam bath, and a sports room with table tennis. The final stretch of the drive is on gravel roads but easily manageable. Check-in and check-out were friendly and uncomplicated. The house and pool are cleaned every 3–4 days. Shops, tavernas, and several beaches—including lovely Triopetra Beach—are a short drive away. We were also kindly allowed to stay until the afternoon on departure day. Thank you!

Villa Talos is set along a quiet and unspoiled stretch of the south coast near Agia Galini. The area is characterised by open landscapes, large private plots, and a coastline that remains largely untouched. Small beaches and rocky coves line the shore, including a rocky beach directly below the villa, accessible via a steep staircase from the garden. The setting offers a rare sense of privacy and space while remaining connected to a relaxed seaside town known for its gentle pace and authentic character.

Agia Galini is a short drive away and provides everything families may need during their stay, including tavernas, cafés, small shops, and a friendly village atmosphere. The town is lively enough to enjoy an evening out, yet never overwhelming, making it well suited for family travel. This part of Crete is ideal for guests who appreciate nature, simplicity, and a slower pace of life, rather than nightlife or busy resort areas.
