Arranged across two levels and one hundred and twenty square metres, Villa Semeli is designed for ease and continuity between indoor and outdoor living. The ground level features an open living and dining space with floor to ceiling glass doors framing panoramic Ionian Sea views and opening directly onto the infinity pool and terraces.

A fully equipped designer kitchen sits at the heart of the home, highlighted by the villa’s signature hanging garden staircase that brings greenery indoors. This level also includes a guest bedroom with a single bed and a modern bathroom with walk in shower, ideal for relaxed everyday living. Throughout the villa, bespoke furnishings, curated artwork, and premium finishes create a refined yet welcoming atmosphere.

Lovely place, very aesthetic! All 5 of us loved the vistas, especially from the lounge and the balcony. You can just chill by the pool after enjoying your dinner -al fresco, by the way- and apricate :) One of the best vacations ever!

Money well spent on villa Semeli, don’t even think about it twice! The pool and the barbeque were awesome. The kids loved the views and the location was very convenient, near everything we needed and not too far away from the capital (Gaios) but at the same time secluded enough to have privacy.

Villa Semeli is located in Vlachopoulatika, a quiet hillside area set among ancient olive groves in the heart of Paxos. Elevated above the Ionian Sea, the setting enjoys cooling breezes, open views, and a deeply authentic island character. Stone houses, winding lanes, and natural landscapes define the surroundings, offering a slower rhythm of life while remaining just minutes from the harbour town of Gaios and its waterfront, restaurants, and cafés.

Despite its tranquil feel, Vlachopoulatika remains conveniently located just a short drive from Gaios, the island’s vibrant harbor town. Here you’ll find waterfront tavernas, cafés, boutiques, bakeries, and local markets, as well as easy access to beaches, boat trips, and excursions around Paxos and Antipaxos. Staying in Vlachopoulatika offers the perfect balance of countryside serenity and island convenience, an ideal base for exploring Paxos while returning each day to calm, elevated surroundings.
