The Layout

Villa Nereid is set within the quiet Kanouli area near Halikounas Beach. The home extends across three levels surrounded by mature olive trees. The main floor opens into a bright living space that leads directly to a shaded terrace and private pool. Upstairs, spacious bedrooms offer views of the sea and countryside, while the lower level provides privacy for reading, rest, or quiet reflection. The layout is designed to balance connection and independence, offering comfort for families and small groups alike.
