The Layout

Villa Nelly spans 280 square meters and accommodates up to 10 guests in comfort. The villa features five elegant bedrooms, each with an en suite bathroom and private balcony, giving every guest space, privacy, and beautiful views across the sea and mountains.

The open plan living areas are designed for connection and ease. A fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and stylish lounge flow together in one bright space, ideal for shared meals, relaxed conversations, and quiet moments indoors. The contemporary design gives the villa a polished yet welcoming atmosphere, with comfort at the center of every room.

Kissamos town is 2 km from the villa, the nearest shop is 500 m away, and the closest beach is 1.5 km away, making daily essentials and coastal moments easy to enjoy.

 

The villa is also well placed for exploring western Crete. Chania is a 20 minute drive away, while the airport is 55 km from the property. Guests can discover nearby beaches, traditional villages, scenic hiking routes, local tavernas, and the Venetian harbor of Chania. Villa Nelly offers a strong balance of privacy and access, ideal for guests who want a quiet hillside retreat close to the culture, coastline, and character of Chania Crete.
