The Layout

Villa Earth is a stunning three-bedroom retreat designed to comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests (6 adults and 2 children). Each bedroom features en-suite bathrooms, with two rooms offering built-in sofas, all fitted with premium Coco-Mat mattresses. The 189 sqm open-plan layout combines chic minimalism with comfort, featuring a cozy living room with a 4-meter-long sofa, a fully equipped kitchen, and large panoramic windows that flood the space with natural light. A shaded terrace with a dining table creates the perfect setting for outdoor meals, while the private pool and sunbeds invite relaxation under the sun.

Nestled amongst ancient olive groves and over looking the Ionian Sea, the villa is in a beautiful spot within walking distance of Zakynthos town. The villa is furnished to a very high standard with swimming pool and large sun terrace with a large BBQ area perfect of entertaining.We were here at the close of the season but still plenty to do and the weather was perfect.

Nestled amongst the olive trees, down a long windy road, you approach Villa Earth and its most charming driveway. Villa Earth in front of you, other villas to the left, and the family villa on the right. Situated a very short drive from the old town and airport, this is the most idyllic location. We park up outside Villa Earth and walk in with our children. Understated luxury gives the villa its charm and homely feel. You know you have chosen well when the children ask to go to bed! And who wouldn’t want to sleep in the most comfortable beds with feather down pillows. Would I recommend to friends? Without a doubt, but through gritted teeth as in a selfish way I want to keep this as my hidden gem.

This place is amazing! The interior just out of a magazine in this lovely Villa. The pool is great and the hosts very responsive and helpful in case you need anything. The location is just outside of Zakynthos city and we even walked towards the centre, which is about 20-25 minutes walk. I would recommend this location!

For a truly unforgettable experience, the legendary Navagio Shipwreck Beach lies 34 km from the villa, with its dramatic cliffs and turquoise waters. Among villas in Zakynthos, Villa Earth stands out as an exceptional base for discovering the island’s natural beauty and iconic landmarks.
