The Layout

At the heart of Villa Alessia lies an elegant open plan living area where a comfortable lounge flows seamlessly into the dining space and bespoke kitchen. Finished with sage green cabinetry and centred around a generous island, the kitchen is designed for both everyday ease and shared meals. Designer lighting, exposed wooden beams, and natural stone walls add character while maintaining a clean and contemporary aesthetic. Each level of the villa is arranged to support both privacy and connection, allowing guests to move easily between social spaces and quieter areas for rest.

The villa accommodates up to eight guests across four beautifully appointed bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms.

A wonderful villa in a lush green landscape! During our stay at the villa, we experienced absolute relaxation. A very comfortable villa with a wonderful view…. The bedrooms are spacious and each one is decorated in a different style. The outdoor area is ideal for enjoying the pool and the landscape. The living room with the fireplace and the kitchen on the ground floor became our favorite spot in the house, where the whole group gathered. A truly authentic island experience, we will visit it again soon at the first opportunity! Thank you for the hospitality and the beautiful memories we created at Villa Alessia!

We felt at home at Villa Alessia from the very first day. The house is spacious but still feels cozy, and everyone had their own space to relax. We spent most of our time by the pool or on the terraces, enjoying the quiet and the views. Being so close to Gaios was a big plus for us.

The surrounding area is defined by olive groves and forested hills that highlight the natural richness of Paxos. The villa’s position allows easy access to the island’s renowned beaches and coves while preserving a sense of seclusion and quiet.

This balance of privacy and accessibility makes Villa Alessia an ideal base for exploring the island while enjoying complete tranquility at home.
