The Layout

Villa Aegean Serenity spans two floors in the main building and includes a private apartment below the pool area, creating a thoughtful layout for up to 12 guests. The main building features five bedrooms, each with an en suite bathroom, offering comfort and privacy across the ground floor and first floor.

The living room includes sea view seating, giving guests a bright and relaxing space to gather indoors. The fully equipped kitchen and dining area enjoy panoramic views, creating an inviting setting for shared meals throughout the day. The open plan design allows the interior spaces to connect naturally with the terraces and outdoor living areas.

The private apartment adds independence and flexibility to the villa experience. It includes a fully equipped kitchen, a dining and sitting area, one bedroom with a king size bed, and an en suite bathroom with a shower. This makes it ideal for guests who prefer extra privacy within the same property.
