Check the Booking Before You Pay
A reliable booking decision comes from matching the company, property, payment instructions and paperwork, not from a broad promise of certainty. Before sending money, verify who is arranging the stay, who receives the payment, when the booking becomes confirmed and which terms apply to the named property and dates.
White Dream Villas is an official villa rental agency in Greece that accepts enquiries by phone, email or enquiry form, while some villas use online booking. Availability, the total price in euros including VAT and the booking-specific payment schedule should be confirmed during the booking process. Keep that confirmation with the invoice and applicable terms.
Use the current Terms & Conditions as the starting point, then ask for clarification where the property, supplier or invoice sets a different booking-specific rule.

Verify the Company, Listing and Booking Role
Check that the website, email address, telephone number, company name and payment instructions all refer to the same business.
White Dream Villas trades as WHITEDREAM IKE at Andrea Dendrinou 4, Corfu, with AFM EL802002605 and Gemi 167957633000, and gives a London postal address. Use the contact details published on the website rather than relying only on details sent in a forwarded message.
Confirm the exact property URL, dates and price in the correspondence. White Dream Villas’ current Terms describe the company as an authorised agent for the property owner and an intermediary in the traveller-owner booking. The Terms also state that a contract is established when White Dream Villas sends a confirmation invoice.
Read the invoice and Terms together rather than assuming that the word “direct” creates a particular protection or contract model.
Before paying, ask for the owner or supplier terms that apply to the booking when they differ from White Dream Villas’ direct-managed policy. Save the property description, correspondence, confirmation invoice and terms version with the booking records.

Confirm the Payment and Paperwork
The current Terms state that prices are in euros and that the total including VAT is confirmed during booking. They identify bank transfer and debit card as accepted payment methods and also state that a corporate-card payment may carry a 3% non-refundable surcharge.
Confirm the final total and payment route before initiating a transfer or card payment.
White Dream Villas’ Terms say that deposits, excluding security deposits, are held in trust for the owner and passed to the owner on receipt. A deposit is normally required, while some properties may require full payment. The amount should be supplied before booking.
The balance is generally due no later than nine weeks before arrival unless the booking specifies otherwise. The confirmation invoice controls the actual due date for the reservation.
Do not assume that an email changing the bank account or payment recipient is genuine. Pause and verify the instruction through a contact route already published at White Dream Villas Contact. Use the invoice reference and named booking when asking the team to confirm the details.
Property-specific inclusions and optional extras are a different decision. Use the villa property checklist to confirm what is included for the named villa and dates.

Check Changes, Cancellation and Support
Cancellation terms are not universal across the full collection. The current Terms state that policies for reseller properties may differ.
For direct-managed properties, the published policy describes a non-refundable deposit and states that the full balance is due and non-refundable for cancellation 56 days or less before arrival.
Confirm which cancellation policy applies to the named property and dates, and keep it with the confirmation invoice before paying.
Ask separately whether a security deposit applies. Its amount, holder, release timetable and complete damage-claim process should be confirmed for the individual booking rather than assumed from general accommodation terms.
During a stay, the current Terms ask travellers to report a problem immediately to the supplied representative. They also request complaints or claims within 28 days of return.
Save the representative’s details before travel and keep a record of any report and response. This explains the published contact route. It does not guarantee a particular remedy or outcome.
Make the Final Booking Check
Before payment, the company identity, property, dates, total price, recipient, payment method, deposit or full-payment requirement, balance date, cancellation policy and support route should all agree across the correspondence, invoice and applicable Terms.
Stop and clarify any mismatch through a contact route you obtained independently from the White Dream Villas website.
Once the paperwork is clear, explore current villas or ask a booking-specific question. A written answer is more useful than relying on a general trust claim.
Booking and Payment Points to Confirm
Is it automatically safer to book a villa directly?
No booking channel is made safe by the word “direct” alone. Verify the business, listing, contact route, payment recipient, invoice and applicable terms.
Do not assume financial protection, chargeback rights or a guaranteed outcome unless the relevant provider confirms them for your booking.
What should I do if payment details change by email?
Do not use the new details immediately.
Contact White Dream Villas through a phone number or address you independently obtained from its website, quote the booking and invoice, and ask for the recipient and account instructions to be confirmed.
Does every villa have the same cancellation policy?
No. The current Terms state that reseller-property policies may differ from the published direct-managed policy.
Confirm the policy for the named villa and dates and keep it with the confirmation invoice.
How can I check a security deposit or damage process?
Ask for the amount, recipient or holder, payment date, release timetable, inspection process and the steps used if damage is alleged.
Obtain the answer for the booking in writing. Do not infer it from the accommodation deposit.
