Can Concierge Help Plan a Celebration at My Villa?
Start With the Gathering, Not the Decorations
Start with what you actually want to celebrate. A birthday lunch for the people staying at the villa is very different from an evening gathering with additional guests.
Tell us the occasion, how many people will attend, whether everyone is staying at the villa and whether you are thinking of a meal, music or a wider setup.
Those details help us understand what needs to be checked before discussing décor, catering or other suppliers.
Check What the Villa Allows First
A large terrace or garden does not automatically mean that additional guests, music, equipment or outside suppliers are permitted. Each villa may have different rules around visitors, occupancy, noise, parking, access and finishing times.
We check the property together with the celebration you have in mind before any wider arrangements are discussed.
If the full plan does not suit the villa, you can then decide whether to simplify the celebration or consider a different setting.
What Should the Proposal Bring Together?
Once the setup is approved, the proposal should bring together the elements that actually matter to your celebration, such as food and service, décor, entertainment, delivery or collection, and the timing of each part.
Ask for the price and inclusions to be clearly separated so you know who is providing what and what happens if one element cannot be arranged.

Celebration Details Worth Settling
These questions can change the shape of the occasion before you commit to it.
Not necessarily. A simple meal is better handled as a private-chef request. If the occasion also includes additional guests, décor, music or other suppliers, it becomes a broader celebration request.
If part of the celebration is planned outdoors, ask whether there is a suitable alternative space or whether the setup can be adapted. Any fallback plan should be agreed in advance.
