Start with your arrival airport, date and flight number, then add the villa name or address and the number of people travelling.
Mention anything that may affect the vehicle choice, such as extra luggage, pushchairs, sports equipment or mobility requirements.

What If You Arrive Late or Travel With Children?
Tell us from the start if your arrival is late or if children are travelling with you. Children’s ages and any required child-seat details should be included in the request so the suitable transfer options can be checked.
If your flight timing changes, let us know as soon as possible so the pickup arrangements can be reviewed.
How Do You Know What You Are Agreeing To?
